I adopted Luke on New Year's Day of 2007.  When I held him at the shelter he looked at me square in the face and licked my nose.   Since then, he has been the most wonderful companion to me.  He is so playful and loves to fetch just like a dog!   His favorite things include:  watching Sex and the City, playing with my roommate's ferret, treats (mostly the ones he steals from whatever I'm eating), being held like a baby, and bird-watching.   Whenever we have parties, he loves to be the center of attention, mixing and mingling with my friends.  It is such a good feeling knowing that when I come home from work at night, Luke will be there to greet me at the door.   He is truly a special guy.
