Here, you will find our most recent medical cases still in need of financial help.
The pets in our care come to PWP from a variety of locations and situations. They arrive with varying needs. All of our pets receive preventative medical care (spay/neuter, vaccines, deworming, etc) but some require more care before finding their forever home. Sometimes we will plan to accept a pet in need of medical support. Mostly, their need will come as a suprise for which we could not prepare. We provide them treatment and relief as quickly as possible. With adoption fees covering only approximately 33% of our total costs, monetary support from donors like you make it all possible!
Support PatchPatch arrived at PWP with a severe eye infection that had already damaged his eye beyond repair. Patch needed urgent surgery to remove the eye and care to help him fight the remaining infection.
UPDATE: This little trooper is making a full recovery. His infection is cleared, his surgery is healing, and Patch is back to playing like a silly kitten that feels great! |
Help Hank HealHank is a long-term resident of PWP. As old dogs sometimes do, Hank is growing some lumps. The most recent lump is concerning, so Hank is having surgery to remove them. Please consider donating toward his medical care so we can keep this goofy boy feeling great.
UPDATE: Hank's lump came back as benign! Hanks is all healed up from surgery and his removed lumps shouldn't return to cause him any more issues! This is great news, but please continue to share his fundraiser to cover his medical bills. |
There are always many medical cases currently being treated by PWP. We will share our biggest needs here.
All donations are tax deductable as PWP is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization.
Thank you for your life saving support!
