We don't know too much of Periwinkle's back story other than we believe his mom was a stray and he was brought to Pets Without Parents. He has been such an amazing and loveable little boy who enjoys plenty of tummy rubs, cat beds, treats, snuggling while watching television and playing with ferret siblings. Periwinkle is the best and so glad our paths crossed and so fortunate that PWP found him.
