Kindred was rescued from an outdoor-life on a chain producing litter after litter of pups. This is one of my favorite pictures of her; running unchained and then getting to come inside to warm-up on the couch. Time with her as my life's co-pilot has flown by. While she used to accompany me each day to work, she has since retired to days napping on the porch and eating whatever she wants. Here's to squeezing a few more adventures into my old girl.
